The Bungalow Home is a complete reconstruction home. This home was taken down to the foundation with existing concrete outside walls. Plumbing was replaced all the way through the yard including the city connection. Electrical was completely replaced. Everything new with high-end design finishes.

The Cottage Tiny Home is a converted barn storage with a new bedroom addition and laundry facilities. This is an ideal tiny space for guests, mother-in-law suite, or pool house. The key-west outdoor wash room is a wonderful addition for a shower under the stars.

The Live Oak Home is completely restored from the street to the foundation. It has a cottage chic design with a full outdoor tropical landscape package with deep well irrigation for its two backyard spaces. The home offers an additional parking pad for guests.
